International Students

You will find better flight training opportunities in the United States than any other country. Most training aircraft in the US rent for cheaper rates, because fuel is less expensive, therefore your training expenses will go down. A great benefit to training in the United States is that airports and air traffic control do not charge fees. Therefore we can do as many Take- Offs and Landings and approaches to an airport and still get charged the same amount. Nothing! Come flight train with Airlink and you will be able to fly into Boston Logan or New York John F. Kennedy with us.

How to start?

You will have to determine when you want to start training because:

  1. You will have to obtain authorization by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to flight train with us. The process will take at least 14 days and includes creating a profile on www.flightschoolcandidates.gov and passing a background check during which your fingerprints will be taken. TSA charges USD 130 for the application process.

  2. You will have to order the Training Kit which includes all the books and materials you will need to study at home in preparation for taking the FAA written exam. The benefit of this kit is that you can do most of the work before you come here for flight training and will save money again. The kit also contains all the instructions for what you will have to study and what to expect in your training.

Then it is just a matter of waiting for approval of your flight training request and booking arranging for your transportation to the United States.
