Turbine
The BE– 90 King Air is a pressurized turboprop aircraft equipped with two PT6A–20 engines producing 550 SHP each. The King Air's takeoff weight is 9,650 lbs and cruise speed is 210 kts. We chose the BE– 90 as turbine trainer because of its docile handling characteristics and the possibility to train 2 pilot crews.
